From 1993 until 2003 Michael was Executive Editor of "VAT Intelligence". He is a member of the editorial boards of "De Voil's Indirect Tax Service" and "The Tax Journal". He is a co-author of Butterworths Education Law Manual and a contributor to CCH VAT News and the British Tax Review, and the EC Tax Journal. He frequently lectures and chairs conferences and seminars on taxation.
