| Michael's fees are generally based on hourly rates and aim to be competitive, in line with
the fees charged by other senior tax counsel. There is, however, a degree of flexibility,
depending on factors such as the type of client, complexity of the issues, amount of tax
at stake and importance to the client. Prospective clients are welcome to discuss fees with
Michael or his clerk to obtain advance quotations. A firm quotation is available following
perusal of papers. A fixed fee quote for all work required in preparing and presenting a
Tribunal case may be requested. |
